By creating a Blem account or using the service in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Blem.
Blem has zero tolerance for objectionable content — including nudity or sexually explicit material, harassment, hate speech, threats, and any content that targets, demeans, or endangers another person — and zero tolerance for abusive users.
By creating an account or using Blem in any way, you agree to these Terms — this is the end-user license agreement (EULA) you accept — and you agree not to post or share objectionable content or behave abusively toward other members. There is no warning system for serious violations.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. By signing up you confirm both. We may suspend accounts that turn out to be under 18.
You may only upload photos of yourself. Blem uses identity-conditioned image generation (the new generation of "face swap" tools) which produces highly convincing synthetic images of whoever is in your uploaded selfie. That power comes with hard rules:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Serious violations get reported to law enforcement.
You own the photos, messages, and other content you submit. You grant Blem a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service (e.g., sending your selfie to Gemini to generate a swap, sending pasted DMs to Claude to draft a reply). We don't claim ownership and we don't train our own models on your content.
Replies, scores, date ideas, and generated images come from AI models that make mistakes. They are suggestions, not advice. Don't rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You're responsible for what you send, post, or do.
Generated images may contain artifacts and should be treated as inspiration / styling references rather than literal photos to post as if real. Don't use them in ways that mislead people about who you are.
The Blem brand, software, templates, and design are owned by Blem, Inc. You may not copy or redistribute them.
You can delete your account anytime by emailing hi@blem.app. We can terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, with or without notice.
Blem is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee you'll get more dates, more replies, or any specific result. Dating outcomes depend on you.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes go to a court in California, or to arbitration if both sides agree.
We may update these Terms. If we change something material, we'll email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new Terms.
